Day 16- Ionnina

Today was our first day exploring Ionnina. Ionnina is known for their silver which is made locally. Every store has the same thing. We went to the Perama Caves in the morning. It was founded by people during World War 2 to hide in. We had a tour guide that took us through the cave. After, we went to the island of Ionnina. It was a 10 minute boat ride. There wasn't anything to do, but look at tons of souvenirs which I don't need. When we got back to Ionnina we went to lunch and walked around the town. We saw an Ikea bus and decided to take a trip there. Tonight we decided that it is a good night to eat like the Greeks, late dinner!
